We accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, use the returns portal on our website. No emails, no forms to fill out by hand.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the item and packaging before handling it further and submit the claim through the portal. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

We do not accept returns on opened products. Once a diffuser has been used, the scent has entered the room — and cannot be returned.
